Looking for an immediate start - September 2026 start Our Communications and Events Graduate will assist the delivery of employee engagement supporting how we communicate with our people whilst delivering professional, well-executed events aligned to our culture of innovation, precision, and continuous improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Assist in the planning and delivery of our wellbeing strategy which includes internal events and site-wide initiatives - Support employee network groups with communications and engagement activities that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion - Liaise with school and university project teams to support outreach events, and early careers initiatives - Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, supplier liaison, and communications - Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance communications and engagement EXPERIENCE, KEY SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS REQUIRED: This position would suit someone who is professional and proactive with a strong work ethic, whilst being detail-focused and committed to accuracy and quality.
