About the role Threat Tec is hiring Support Staff Analysts across OPFOR Work Areas Alpha/Bravo/Charlie/Delta to plan, execute, and assess OPFOR operations during MCTP events. You will integrate maneuver and enabling functions, maintain the OPFOR common operational picture, and deliver realistic, adaptive opposition. Responsibilities: - Assist WA leads with OPFOR planning, synchronization, and battle tracking; develop inputs to OPORDs/FRAGOs and reporting. - Create and manage control measures, OOB updates, and event injects within WARSIM/JLCCTC and EXCON tools; coordinate with WSCs. - Replicate staff processes that challenge training audiences across the warfighting functions and echelons. - Capture...
