Job description

We’re looking for an eCommerce Product Business Owner to join our eCommerce UK Trading team on a 12 Month FTC (maternity cover). Based onsite from NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire. The Role: As an eCommerce Product Business Owner, you will be the strategic lead driving growth and conversion for product pages across the Next platform. You will define the roadmap for key customer touchpoints ensuring pages are commercial and deliver the best UX. This role also heads up the Product Content & Transformation team to ensure items are launched and optimised within SLA. Collaborating with Data, UX and Development teams, you will spearhead new initiatives to enhance the user experience and directly improve funnel metrics across the site. What You’ll Take On: - Lead cross-functional collaboration and set commercial priorities across the team structure. - Serve as the expert and owner of product page trading, encompassing features like titles, imagery, tone of voice, recommendations and groupings. - Manage and optimise commercial funnel metrics (shopping bag, favorites, registration, checkout) to increase Add-to-Basket (ATB), conversion and log in success. - Own the Product Content...
