Summary: The Legal Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational, financial, and administrative functions of the CHS Legal Department. This role drives efficiency, transparency, and strategic alignment by managing legal technology, outside counsel relationships, process improvement, and compliance related operational support. This position serves as a strategic partner to stakeholders within and beyond the Legal Department, enabling attorneys and legal professionals to focus on delivering high-value legal services that support CHS business objectives.
