Position Summary Crew Members are responsible for providing our guests with an extraordinary experience by arriving to work as scheduled with clean and professional attire, performing their job safely, and preparing our food to the highest quality in a clean & professional environment. Pay range: $15.05 plus tips to start The following duties are normal for this position: Guest Service & Sales - Provides excellent guest service by recognizing guest needs in a timely and efficient manner. This includes, and not limited to, greeting guests, taking orders and customizing every guest’s meal. - Customizes and completes every order which includes: - collecting payment and making change as needed, - preparing and assembling order, including filling drinks, preparing & bagging fries/sides, and gathering food items and, - ensuring orders are complete and accurate before delivering orders to guests in a timely manner. - Interacts with guests to ensure all needs/expectations are exceeded including communicating vendor stories and suggesting new products. - Maintains the dining area in a clean and neat manner including clearing and wiping tables, sweeping, spot mopping, cleaning window/door gl...
