Ensure that needs of consumers, ACT program goals, and contract objectives are effectively achieved. As part of the ACT you must be willing to go out into the community to provide services. This role involves considerable professional initiative and judgment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist with managing the day-to-day clinical operations and required productivity standards. Directs and coordinates consumer admission process and discharge process. Monitor and review Comprehensive Assessments, Service Plan Reviews and ensures required assessments are complete as needed.
