About the Job We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Diesel Shop Supervisor to lead our second-shift maintenance operations in Gaithersburg, MD. This position combines strong diesel mechanic expertise with front-line supervisory responsibilities by providing direct leadership for technicians. Manages work flow and assigns tasks. As a working supervisor, you will provide leadership and technical guidance to a team of 6 technicians, ensuring timely and high-quality maintenance and repair of a fleet of approximately 70 vehicles. This role requires the ability to balance administrative duties with active participation in diagnostics and repairs. Shift Details: This is a 2nd shift position, with a start time between 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM with rotating Saturdays.
