Job Description Vice President - Employee Relations: Bristol: Full Time: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vice President - Employee Relations to join the Employee Relations team, based in Bristol. As Vice President – Employee Relations , you will work with senior leaders, people leaders and Employee Representatives to develop and drive a strategic partnership to execute business strategy. This will be achieved via relationship management, a structured approach to project planning, a consultative approach to engagement and an engaging communication style that will enable you to deliver the right tone/message to the appropriate groups and individuals.
