TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team is seeking experienced talents. The team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies. This role is responsible for end-to-end compliance management of new warehouse and sorting center projects in the U.S., covering key phases including site selection, solution design, and installation & implementation. It requires a solid understanding of U.S. regulations across construction, electrical systems, networking, and equipment installation. You will work closely with government authorities, cross-functional teams, and automation vendors to ensure compliance and drive successful project delivery.
