Position Overview: This position provides paralegal and other support for management’s reporting to Freddie Mac’s Board of Directors, the company’s filings with the SEC, and Freddie Mac’s employee benefit plans and employee and executive compensation programs. Under the general supervision of the Governance, Disclosure, and Benefits Department’s attorneys and Board Liaison Senior Director, the incumbent will draft documents (including disclosures, meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions, and legal memos), be responsible for distribution of materials through the board reporting portal (Diligent) and other secure document distribution technologies, and provide analytical and operational support for the department’s functions.
