Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities. ​ Recruitment , Selection & Onboarding: Payroll & End of Month processes - Works with Department Managers on the recruitment & selection of suitably qualified personnel to meet the requirement for recruitment in accordance with company policy. - Prepares & arranges advertising via notice boards, intranet, internet & newspapers. - Performs initial phone interviews, screens applications, arranges & participates in interviews. - Performs reference checks & arranges pre-employment assessments. - Prepares letters of employment & induction packs. - Conducts orientation & induction programs for new Employees. - Works with external recruitment agencies to co-ordinate the hiring of temporary & casual staff as required. - Analysis of Awards, Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and Donaldson’s clas...
