Scopely is looking for a Senior Dire ctor, Associate General Counsel – Product & Privacy to join our legal team in Culver City, CA or San Francisco, CA on a hybrid basis. This individual will be a part of the global Product & Privacy legal function, leading the company’s compliance strategy for privacy and data security and reporting to Scopely’s VP, Product, Privacy & Litigation. Key responsibilities include managing Scopely’s privacy and data security compliance programs worldwide as well as providing privacy guidance to diverse teams for creating globally-compliant games, marketing strategies, and game platform technologies. What You Will Do: - Strategically drive Scopely’s global privacy and data protection program in partnership with cross-functional team leaders, embodying Scopely’s privacy-by-design mindset - Own and scale all global privacy compliance tooling and records in strong partnership with InfoSec and compliance leaders, conducting global data mapping, vendor reviews, global training, and managing internal- and external-facing notices and policies - Own global privacy and data security regulatory compliance programs for all Scopely products throughout their entire l...
