The Employee Council is the heart of ING and the formal voice of employees in all major organisational decisions. Working at the center of this governance structure means operating where strategy, people, and decision-making come together. In the Works Council Support role , you play a pivotal role in supporting to maintain and improve the quality, continuity and effectiveness of employee participation at ING. You provide substantive, and operational support to the Employee Council This role goes beyond coordination. You are a key enabler of effective governance, a connector in a complex stakeholder landscape and a supporter of continuous improvement in how the Employee Council operates. The team: You will join a small team of Employee Journey Experts called Works Council Support. While the team itself is compact, the stakeholder landscape is extensive and complex. The Employee Council consists of approximately 100 members , with different levels of responsibilities (members, DB members, participants).
