Bring your energy to Aggreko as Benefits Administrator based in Glasgow on a 6 Month FTC. You’ll support the global benefits team by automating and streamlining administration, improving colleague-facing materials, and strengthening governance through accurate tracking, documentation, and data management. What you’ll do as Global Benefits Administrator: Review and improve benefits administration processes across regions, supporting the design of efficient, standardised and increasingly automated workflows. Create and maintain global benefits documentation, including process maps, inventories, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability. Draft and update colleague communications and materials (including guides, FAQs, and onboarding resources) to improve understanding and engagement with benefits.
