Your primary responsibility is to handle outbound communications, schedule mobile service appointments, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and a customer-first mindset to support and grow the mobile service business. Requirements: Meet or exceed monthly department outbound phone call goals and objectives. Answering inbound mobile service calls to schedule appointments. Capture all service leads through CRM. Comply with all dealership and manufacturer job-related training. Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Adhere to employee handbook policies and expectations.
