General Summary: The Peer Support Specialist (PSS) provides peer support services to adult members under the supervision of the Program Director. The PSS will function as a role model to peers; exhibiting competency in personal recovery and use of coping skills; serve as a member advocate, providing information and peer support for members in outpatient settings.
