Bring your passion for bakery innovation to life as our next Development Chef. Based at our Mordialloc site and reporting to the NPD Manager, this hands‑on role sits at the heart of our Marketing & Innovations team. You’ll be responsible for creating innovative, customer‑led bakery concepts that are not only exciting and on‑trend, but commercially viable and scalable for large‑scale manufacturing. Working within a structured stage‑gate framework, you’ll play a critical role in taking ideas from concept through to factory trials and first production runs. This is a role for a creative yet technically strong bakery professional. You’ll lead recipe development and sample preparation, support factory trials, document formulations and costings, and ensure products meet quality, regulatory, and operational requirements. Collaborating closely with NPD, QA, Procurement, Sales, and external suppliers, you’ll be a trusted culinary expert who brings insight, problem‑solving and fresh thinking to every project.
