Summary The Integrated Brand Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives across channels. This role translates brand strategy into compelling creative briefs and actionable go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering high-quality execution. This role works at the intersection of brand, creative, and cross-functional execution, helping ensure work moves efficiently from brief to delivery across business units (Cafe, DTC & commercial). Responsibilities: Brand & Campaign Development: - Lead the development of integrated marketing plans for product launches, partnerships, and key brand moments across Cafe, DTC & commercial business units. - Translate brand strategy into clear positioning, messaging, and channel plans - Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market frameworks across Café, DTC, Social and PR support - Ensure all initiatives align with brand priorities and business objectives - Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on impact, timing, and available resources Creative Development & Briefing: - Write and manage strategic creative briefs a...
