Wine Sales Specialist (12-month fixed term) – Yarra Valley Balgownie Estate is looking for an experienced wine sales professional to step into a high-impact, fixed-term role focused on driving sales performance across our portfolio, reducing inventory, and exploring wholesale and export relationships. If you’re commercially minded, hands-on, and thrive on targets, this is an opportunity to make a measurable difference. Salary: Competitive base salary plus a great bonus structure, with the opportunity to earn up to $80,000 per year in bonus in addition to your base salary (subject to performance and plan terms). The role: - 12-month full time, fixed-term role with the potential to extend or move to a permanent position. - This role is a hybrid role with 2-3 days a week on site in the Yarra Valley.
