Job description

Your Role: This position will collaborate with key stakeholders cross-functionally to develop financial strategies and drive analytics enabling business decisions. This role will drive the long-term planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the core businesses they support and provide detailed monthly reports and analysis directly to the Executive Team. The position is also responsible for delivering important insights to senior finance leaders and executive management which requires strong influence and leadership skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Business Partnership & Process Improvement - Act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, translating financial data into business insights. - Support revenue growth initiatives and cost optimization efforts. - Drive accountability for financial performance within departments.
