About the Role: As a Care for Customer Specialist, your core responsibility is sales, relationship building, and business growth. You will conduct in‑depth reviews of each customer’s business and banking needs, focusing on identifying opportunities to strengthen the partnership and position ANZ as their main financial institution. A major part of the role includes opening business accounts for both new‑to‑bank and existing customers to support their ongoing transactional needs.
