Job description

PAY: The pay scale for this position is $24.50 - $38.24. If you are hired, your base pay rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. SHIFT: Monday through Friday – 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM RESPONSIBILITIES: - Read and interpret blueprints to understand the specifications for each job. - Program for CNC machining center using Inventor and SolidWorks software. - Program for CNC plate burning machines using AutoCAD and other related software. - Assist sales in the creation of quotes. - Create effective programs that are time and cost efficient. - Plan appropriately to optimize the nest (cut the most possible pieces from a plate). - Establish tool inventory for machining center. - Participate in the inspection process for machined parts. - Establish and maintain production schedule for CNC Machining Center. - Actively involved in branch Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives. - All other duties as assigned.
