Acting as the first point of contact for all day-to-day operations and work-related issues prior to escalating to the Security Operations Manager. Being the first point of contact for all customer-related complaints and requests prior to escalating to Security Operations Manager or Client management. Ensuring all Guards on shift have received proper training and it has been documented. Assisting with Incident Investigation as needed.
