Job Description Summary As the Line Shift Supervisor, this role will manage a small group of associates in an engaged manner and own performance for the output of a manufacturing line for the assigned shift. Guide team activities of the line by mentoring associates on a continuous improvement (BD Excellence) path in their daily manufacturing tasks and efforts. Ensure that standards for safety, quality, production, cost, 5S, CILT, defect tracking, Center lining, Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and overall policy compliance are followed, through timely recognition and/or performance management. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Regular, punctual attendance is a key job function, as well as the ability to read, write and speak in English. Must be willing and able to uphold BD Values.
