Federal Quality Assurance Analyst - AWS/Amazon Connect Location: Remote, United States Employment Type: This is a contingent role based upon a successful bid award. Role Summary: We’re seeking a QA Specialist who plays a key role in driving the successful delivery of complex Federal Amazon Connect solutions by ensuring the highest standards of platform integrity. This role is accountable for testing functionality, performance, and security to ensure a high-quality, mission-ready product. Working closely with the Program Manager and Technical Architects, the QA Specialist ensures that every release meets mission objectives and rigorous contractual requirements. This position requires strong governance, planning capabilities, and experience operating within the rigorous security and compliance standards of cleared Federal delivery environments.
