Permanent Opportunity Hybrid Work Environment: Lead a delivery practice supporting enterprise integration solutions for national critical systems About the Role: As the Practice Manager for Integration Services , you will lead a high performing delivery practice at the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA), while working closely with project managers, technical professionals, architecture and security teams to achieve agreed delivery outcomes. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining standard work practices and integration design standards, including automation, to improve the quality, maturity and consistency of services, technologies and supporting processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop, lead and mature the Integration Services delivery practice by providing people leadership, building capability, setting direction and priorities, managing demand forecasts with supply and contributing to resourcing strategies that enable high quality delivery outcomes.
