This is a growth opportunity leading to the potential Assistant Director of Nursing position. **** Axxess System – Experience is a MUST!!!! **** Medicare Oasis proficiency within a Home Health Agency and QA experience, familiar with ICD-10 coding, and the ability to generate Plan of Care as per conditions of participation.
