Full Time Outreach and Growth Associate Avamere, 25115 SW Parkway, Suite B, Wilsonville, Oregon 97070 Job Summary: The Outreach and Growth Associate is responsible for driving census growth in Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living Communities in assigned regions. The Outreach and Growth Associate drives census growth by building community relationships, managing leads, and executing marketing strategies. They network with healthcare providers, conduct tours, and follow up with families to increase move-ins. Key responsibilities include managing CRM systems, hosting events, and highlighting the community’s value to prospective residents.
