12-month Fixed Term Contract | London | Hybrid Accuflex is working with a leading organisation to recruit Legal Counsel for a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a transactional finance lawyer to join a friendly, collaborative and highly regarded legal team. The role will suit someone who enjoys working on complex finance matters, is confident navigating detailed documentation, and is comfortable taking ownership of work with a good level of autonomy. The successful candidate will work across a varied mix of finance-related legal matters, with a focus on transactional work. You will be supported by a collegiate team and will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
