Overview Within CentraState Medical Center, 4-North is a 40-bed medical-surgical unit that offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced and early-career nurses to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. The unit cares for a diverse patient population, including post-surgical patients recovering from bariatric, thoracic, and gastrointestinal procedures, as well as medical patients with conditions such as pneumonia, pancreatitis, and diverticulitis. This variety provides a strong foundation for developing and refining clinical and assessment skills.
