Job Description: - Assist with maintenance work orders as received for various responsibilities throughout the site. - Maintain a clean working environment. - Arrange furniture and operate equipment for special events or office moves. - Assisting with set up and tear down of Pilot Plants. - Assist skilled tradesman (Electrician, Mechanician, Technician, etc.) - Participate in meetings and training to gather information and skills to perform certain functions. - Respond to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns. - Transport tools, supplies, and equipment. - Set up with functions around the site, large meetings and social functions. - Prepare written materials (e.g., activity logs, truck logbooks, and inspections). - Perform preventative maintenance duties on various equipment e.g. (dust collectors, rooftop fans/uni...
