Responsible for providing legal analysis and consultation to business partners on impacts in an environment that is continuously evolving. The Associate Attorney will partner closely with the business to determine its ultimate goals, assess risk, and provide creative solutions. - Proactively identifies and analyzes legal issues and risks presents clear opinions, advice and recommendations, and helps ensure legal compliance across the full spectrum of the enterprise. - Drafts a variety of legal documents and memos, opinions, and pleadings where appropriate, with direction from the attorney or senior attorney on more complex matters. - Serves as internal counsel for substantive areas of law as required, with ability to quickly learn unfamiliar areas of law. - Develops and maintains productive working relationship with business partners - Assist business partners with identifying and evaluating business objectives, legal risks, and liabilities and provide support and counsel beyond strictly legal advice.
