This role prepares a wide range of menu items while ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety standards are met. The Cook II works independently on assigned cooking tasks while supporting timely meal service for our residents and guests. What You’ll Do: Prepare soups, sauces, proteins, vegetables, and other menu items according to standardized recipes Ensure food is prepared, portioned, and served with proper quality, temperature, and presentation Support daily food production planning, including pre prep and supply needs Maintain food production logs and temperature records Keep assigned workstations clean, sanitary, and organized Follow personal hygiene, safety, and department standards at all times Skills You Need: Must Have Skills: Minimum of two years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen or comparable setting Strong understanding of food preparation techniques...
