BBH is seeking an Associate for the Corporate Advisory Group (CAG) which advises owner-managers and family-owned businesses on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and other strategic corporate decisions. The CAG Associate is a corporate finance professional that assists the team in performing company/industry research and valuation analyses to develop or enhance relationships with private business owner clients and prospects of BBH’s Capital Partners line of business. The job scope is like a traditional investment banking analyst role. The role requires familiarity with corporate finance and business strategy consulting-oriented work, with an emphasis on understanding mergers and acquisitions, valuation, capital structure, and related aspects of finance/corporate strategy.
