Maintenance Technician

Description Department : Maintenance: Reports to : Plant Manager: Employment Status : Full-Time. Hourly (Salary) Wage would be according to experience. Schedule : Monday-Friday. Saturdays as needed. (2nd shift) Primary Job Responsibilities: Responsible for performing highly diversified maintenance duties including: - Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, tests and adjusts. - Performs regular preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on company assets including, roll stock packaging machines, rotary baggers, cookers, chill baths, peeling machines. - Detects faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervisor/Manager. - Performs a variety of minor plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. - Maintains a safe, productive, and reliable workplace to meet our business needs while compiling with OSHA, IIAR, ANSI, COC and Food grade standards (GMP’s). - Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
