Position Summary: The Inventory & Imaging Specialist I supports the lifecycle of IT hardware by performing routine inventory control, asset tagging, device imaging, and basic technical support. This role maintains accurate asset records, prepares equipment for deployment, and assists customers with straightforward IT requests through the Service Desk. The position works closely with IT Support teams to ensure smooth device deployment and a positive customer experience.
