Description THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD: Job Summary: Compass Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations SME / Analyst to support unmanned systems (UxS) requirements development and capability integration efforts for NAVSPECWARCOM N887. This role focuses on supporting the development, validation, and documentation of UxS requirements aligned with operational needs and mission objectives. The Analyst will work closely with government stakeholders to support capability development, configuration management, and integration of emerging technologies. This position plays a critical role in ensuring UxS systems and training requirements are effectively defined, documented, and aligned with Naval Special Warfare operational priorities.
