Job description

We are hiring a Business Continuity Manager to be responsible for defining, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving CMC Markets’ Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework. The role ensures that CMC is resilient and prepared to respond effectively to business disruptions, minimising impact to clients, operations, and regulatory obligations. The role works closely with technology and business stakeholders globally to embed effective business continuity practices and to support broader operational resilience objectives. - Own, implement, and maintain the Business Continuity Policy, Framework, and associated standards, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practice - Maintain a roadmap for the continuous improvement and maturity of Business Continuity capabilities across the organisation. - Monitor regulatory developments related to Business Continuity and implement changes where appropriate. - Lead the annual review of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) across the business to identify business areas, processes, their dependent systems and recovery objectives - Coordinate and oversee the annual review and maintenance of Business Recovery Plan...
