Location: Euston & Old Oak Common site based role Hours: Full-time Function : Commercial Salary: Competitive (based on experience) We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) to lead commercial management activities across our major programmes at Euston and Old Oak Common. Key Responsibilities: Lead commercial functions across project packages, ensuring robust governance and compliance. Manage and administer NEC Option A contracts effectively, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations. Drive change management processes, including identification, evaluation, and agreement of variations. Oversee measurement and ensure accurate quantification for cost planning and valuations. Produce reliable forecasts, advising on project risks, opportunities, and financial performance. Prepare and review applications for payment, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
