At Lincoln Property Company , we are seeking a Fund Manager to oversee a diversified portfolio of general partner (GP) investments across multiple strategies and geographies, ensuring strong performance monitoring, institutional-quality reporting, and clear communication with internal teams and investors. Responsibilities : Portfolio Oversight & Strategy - Lead oversight of a diversified portfolio of 150–200 GP investments across strategies and geographies - Develop scalable frameworks for portfolio monitoring and performance tracking - Partner with investment teams on quarterly updates and monitoring business plan progress Reporting & Analytics: - Deliver institutional-quality investor reporting/deal snapshots/accounting detail on a quarterly basis - Build and implement next-generation reporting tools, leveraging automation and AI where appropriate Investor & Stakeholder Communication: - Support investor relations efforts with high-quality, timely, and insightful responses - Serve as a key liaison between investors and capital markets team Operational Excellence: - Oversee capital call processes and entity formation for new investments and quarterly replenishments - Identify and i...
