POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Director / Senior Manager of R&D is a strong technical lead who manages research and development activities for new products and product improvements in NGS based diagnostic tests. They manage a team of direct reports to build, verify and validate robust products. They actively collaborate with cross functional teams and provide technical expertise to drive product performance. The ideal candidate is a driven professional who maintains broad knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories with an in-depth understanding of their applicability to oncology research. QUALIFICATIONS: The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
