Safety: zero harm, Safety performance, compliance, safety leadership Commercial: Effective cost management, budget targets and business development 7:7 roster People: Productive, aligned and engaged work crews, training and development Operational Excellence: Effective utilisation of resources (labour and equipment); Continuous improvement of Operational Processes.
