OVERVIEW: The Company Planner plays a critical role in translating enterprise strategy into operational execution across Retail, eCommerce, and Franchise channels. Reporting to the Director of Company Planning, this role owns consolidated reporting, supports company-wide forecasting processes, and drives operational planning alignment across functions. This role is highly cross-functional and execution-focused—ensuring financial plans are clearly communicated, accurately reflected in systems, and operationalized across retail stores, inventory flows, and digital channels. The ideal candidate brings strong retail acumen, financial rigor, systems expertise, and a process-oriented mindset.
