Buckinghamshire Mind is looking for a Safe Haven Team Lead to supervise and support a small team of Mental Health Crisis Support Workers within our Safe Haven Service: our out-of-hours support service for those experiencing a mental health crisis. Contract Type: Permanent role: Location: Aylesbury – with occasional travel required to High Wycombe. Salary: £29,795 FTE plus enhanced hours payment of 30% on top of normal hourly rate for hours worked between 11pm-12am. This calculates as an actual payment of £21,893.83 including the enhanced hours based on the hours below. Hours: 22hrs – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 6pm – 12am, and 4 hrs admin time preferably on a Tuesday morning ( 26 total hours ).
