Your role As our (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager for Paid Social, you will be the engine of our new customer acquisition efforts. You will take ownership of the day-to-day management and optimization of our international paid social strategy and budget, working in close partnership with the Head of Performance & Growth. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape Paid Social campaign excellence through innovation and cross-departmental partnerships. You will be a key strategic partner, working at the intersection of data, creative, and technology to drive meaningful growth. - Execute and optimize the full-funnel paid social strategy, with a primary focus on driving new customer acquisition at an efficient CPA - Manage and deploy a 7-figure annual budget across multiple markets, making data-driven decisions to scale spend effectively and hit ambitious growth targets - Manage the campaign architecture on Meta, leveraging features like Advantage+ Shopping, and support our expansion into new channels like TikTok by executing tests and establishing best practices - Manage and optimize large, feed-based campaigns at scale, utilizing sophisticated audience and product segmentation to m...
