Description Toole Design Group in Philadelphia, PA is looking to hire an experienced and talented full-time Civil Engineering Manager . This is an opportunity to lead an existing team of talented and inspired engineers delivering roadway reconstruction, trail design, and multimodal projects that improve safety and the public realm throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. If you have proven experience successfully managing a diverse team to deliver highway or roadway projects from concept through final design, on time and on budget, while coordinating with clients, and inspiring and mentoring your team to deliver great work – we want to talk with YOU!
