Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for an entry-level proposal writer to join our dynamic team of growth professionals as a proposal writer/analyst. This position will be fully remote within the United States. Responsibilities: - Creates compliant and compelling proposal content by thoroughly analyzing the solicitation requirements and working as part of a team. Assignments include supporting and leading past performance and resume creation with some oversight and coaching. - Uses critical thinking skills to iteratively develop content using best practices such as storyboarding. - Delivers required artifacts according to the schedule. - Collaborates with other proposal team members to integrate win themes, discriminators, and strengths into assigned written sections. - Ensures accuracy of data and alignment of assigned section with overall proposal strategy and messaging. - Will serve as a past performance or resume writer covering multiple contracts or candidates. - This is for a junior-level position. - Other duties as assigned.
