Contracts Works Officer (Repairs and Voids team) Permanent: Grade C - £35,412 - £44,075 per annum Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week: Hybrid: Overview of the Role: Birmingham City Council are seeking committed and professional Repairs and Voids Contracts Works Officers to support the delivery of responsive repairs and voids works across the Council’s housing stock. The role is central to ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, void homes are returned to lettable condition efficiently, and repair services meet contractual, quality and customer service expectations. You will work closely with contractors, internal teams and residents to ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and within budget. This role directly contributes to improving living standards, resident satisfaction and neighbourhood sustainability across the city.
