What We Need CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Senior Accountant Contractor within our Corporate Accounting division. This position falls under our Accounting/Finance line of business. In this role, you will help lead the company's Corporate Accounting Department. This position is located full-time in our office in Brentwood, TN. You will report directly to VP, Assistant Corporate Controller and regularly collaborate with teams and other departments. How We Work: As a Contractor you will be expected to work in an office environment. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing: - Assigned workspace in the Brentwood office. - Company-issued equipment + remote access Role Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the role will include: - Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close activities, including timely review of journal entries for prepaid amortization, fixed assets, leases, intercompany balancing, expense account accruals, debt, and/or eliminations - Coordinate and assist with projects relating to acquisitions, policies and procedures, and process improvements - Timely preparation or review of fluctuation analysis, account reconciliations, and repo...
