The Production Operator I is responsible for component assembly. This role may require use of microscope, small hand tools, and fitting components into fixtures. Use of work instructions is also required. The ideal candidate can work well in teams, has the desire to learn, and possess the attention to detail needed to make quality parts for our customers. Responsibilities: What your background should look like Qualifications: - Inspection of own work using quality standards and work instructions. - Conduct pull tests as needed for particular operations. - Measure components using calipers, gages, or other measuring devices. - Inspect product to print. - Complete necessary operational paperwork required to maintain the traceability of product. - May troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to equipment. - General housekeeping of work area. - Follow company and department guidelines, procedures and policie...
